We love our volunteers! Join us on race day in New Roads for the River Roux Olympic Triathlon and support our athletes and RKF! Race day volunteers needed for various shifts between 5:30am and noon. SHIFT 5:30- 8:30 Race day venue setup, general race day help.
SHIFT TIME 6:30-9:30am Help atheletes during transition setup before the race including body marking for race numbers.  Once race starts, help direct atheltes in and out of transition from swim to bike and when they return from bike.  Assist with aid station at exit of transition. 
SHIFT TIME 6:30-8:30am. Swim Support volunteers should bring their own paddle board, kayak, jetski or small boat.  Support staff will be positioned around swim course to ensure racers stay on course and to provide support for swimmers who need assistance.  Race start is 7:30am, so volunteers should arrive early for setup and final instructions from our swim course coordinator.
SHIFT TIME: 8:30-11am  Run course volunteers will help direct racers onto the course, help with racer saftey/traffic control at key intersections, and provide oversight at the turnaround.
