RACE DAY: JULY 23, 7am start at Pointe Marie
Woman Only Triathlon and Duathlon geared for fun!
We believe there is an athlete in every woman, no matter how old or young, fit or not. Find your inner athlete and join us for a great spirited event where ladies rule.
Triathlon Race Course includes a 100m pool swim followed by a 12 mile bike on River Road, and finishing with a 2 mile run through the neighborhood of Pointe Marie. The Duathlon starts with the 2 mile run, then the same 12 mile bike as the Triathlon, with a final 2 mile run.
Finish festival in the beautiful grounds of Pointe Marie Subdivision.

NO REFUNDS, DEFERRALS and/or TRANSFERS for any reason, sorry.
RKF reserves the right to cancel or modify the event based on inclement weather or other events that impact event safety (when the levee springs a leak). This is done at the discretion of the Race Director. Note: We simply cannot issue refunds due to cancellation because by race day, all funds have been used to prepare for the race. We are obligated to pay for those resources if the event is held or not. But there is good news of sorts....
ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS EVENT BENEFIT THE ROCKETKIDZ FOUNDATION, A NONPROFIT DEDICATED TO CREATING AND SUSTAINING ACTIVE, FIT AND HEALTHY KIDS, FAMILIES, AND COMMUNITIES. Any remaining funds generated by this race are used to fund area programs that benefit child and family health and fitness. Check us out at www.rocketkidz.com
